International Customs Fee Credit Reclaim

Sometimes international orders may be subject to additional customs fee charges.

Please complete the form below and we will issue you a credit code for use on your next order over £50 (excluding shipping) with us.

Please note: We will only re-imburse customs fees, we will not reimburse other taxes and charges and these remain the sole responsibility of the the person named on the order.

We aim to issue your credit code to your email address once verification has been completed within 7 days, although during busy periods this may take up to 14 days.
