Returns & Refunds
We are able to accept returns where you may have changed your mind, however we must receive the product back in an un-used and resalable condition and return postage must be at your own expense. Upon receipt of any un-used returned goods, we will inspect them and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy, less any postage and packaging fees. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for any gunge powder packs that have been opened (where the seal has been broken).
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days (excluding public holidays) and credited to the original payment method. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund once the package has been dispatched from us until the package has been returned to us by you.
Although extremely rare, where a package containing your order has been damaged in transit and arrives damaged, we will ask for photographic evidence so that we are able to lodge a compensation claim with our courier. Our standard policy is to resend the order on receipt of photos of the damage. You may request a refund of the product value and postage and packaging, rather than a resend however we are unable to process any refund without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
