GoopQuest's very own play-clay, mixing 10-12 litres of creamy, luscious play-clay! Add 10 litres of water for a thicker mix or add 12 litres for a slightly runnier mix. Add the powder into the water, mix for around a minute and let it set overnight to form and set.

We strongly advise mixing play-clay with a power mixer or drill attachment to get a smooth mix as mixing by hand may result in a slightly lumpy mix.

To dispose, simply add lots of water to dilute to a coloured water and dispose of down the drain or toilet (please note this product is not suitable for disposing into a septic tank).
Shipping

We aim to ship all of our orders the next working day (excluding public holidays), in plain packaging and with tracking details that will be sent to you when dispatched. There may however be occasions where we are are really busy and dispatch may take slightly longer (up to 3 working days).

All products are shipped in plain packaging and do not contain the words 'gunge', 'slime' or 'goopquest' on the external packaging.

UK Shipping

Standard - 3-5 working days after dispatch - Royal Mail (Tracked)

Express - 1-2 working days after dispatch - Royal Mail (Tracked)

International Shipping

Europe, USA, Canada - Courier dependent - within 7 working days (UPS /DHL / Royal Mail) (Tracked)

Rest of the world - Courier dependent - within 10 working days (Royal Mail - Home postal service / DHL) (Tracked)

Please note that we are unable to change your address once the package has been dispatched by us. Please ensure you double check your delivery address at checkout as we are unable to resupply your order at our expense if you enter incorrect details. Please note that any shipping delays are boyond our control once your package is with the courier and we are unable to take any responsibility for any delays from our appointed courier although we do monitor this and only select couriers whom have a good track record of delivering on time.

Where our gunge powder is shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the package may be subject to customs inspections and/or charges. We are unable to advise on how much these charges will be as they vary from country to country, and we cannot be held liable for any additinal charges - you are soley responsible for any additional charges or taxes imposed on the package outside of the United Kingdom. We do not mark our packages with the words 'gunge', 'slime' or 'goopquest' but we are obliged to label international packages delcaration labels and will do so with the primary contents scientific names to ensure any narcotic or chemical testing the package is subjected to correlates with any tests customs may perform.

Returns & Refunds

We are able to accept returns where you may have changed your mind, however we must recieve the product back in an un-used and resalable condition and return postage must be at your own expense. Upon receipt of any un-used returned goods, we will inspect them and issue a refund in accordance with our redund policy, less any postage and packaging fees. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns for any gunge powder packs that have been opened (where the seal has been broken).

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days (excluding public holidays) and credited to the original payment method. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund once the package has been dispatched from us until the package has been returned to us by you.

Although extremely rare, where a package containing your order has been damaged in transit and arrives damaged, we will ask for photographic evidence so that we are able to lodge a compensation claim with our courier. Our standard policy is to resend the order on receipt of photos of the damage. You may request a refund of the product value and postage and packaging, rather than a resend however we are unable to process any refund without photographic evidence of the damaged item.
Play-clay is extremely slippery, especially underfoot and on hard surfaces. Extreme care must be taken to ensure the safety of any participants and we advise keeping a towel handy to wipe off gunge from feet before moving around

Although our play-clay isn't hazardous if it enters the mouth, we don't advise swallowing it if it does enter your mouth. Swallowing particularly large quantities of our play-clay can lead to stomach upset and potential diarrhea. We always recommend a spit rather than swallow approach.

Our play-clay should not stain clothes or surfaces however we can never guarantee this and it is advised to protect surfaces around where play-clay is to be used, using old clothes, clothes protectors and tarpaulins. We also advise to wash clothes as soon as possible after they have come into contact with play-clay.

Floors may become slippery until thoroughly cleaned where there has been a spillage of powder or mixed play-clay. It is advised to thoroughly clean floors in the mixing and usage areas after use.

We advised protecting all electrical equipment when using play-clay and advise you not to use play-clay in close proximity to electrical appliances or outlets.

Our products are suitable for use by those aged 5 and over. Adult supervision is advised.
