Choose from a range of existing Goop Quest games or create your own game to take on in an attempt to stop yourself being dropped in the goop! Booking Terms and Conditions
By booking a private experience you agree to accept and be bound by the following terms and conditions: - Private experiences are open to those aged 18+ only and if you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, please be prepared to verify your age on arrival. - By booking a private experience you declare you are in good health, and you are independently mobile and are able to wash and dress independently, and agree to utilise your own clothing. - We are open to all guests, including worldwide travellers, however games will be conducted in English. - You are not permitted to take your own electronic or recording equipment into the goopquest area and will instead be asked to leave all valuables in a secure location for the duration of your experience. If you choose to have your experience documented, we will be able to do this for you utilising our own equipment and will forward the content to you before permanently deleting the content. - All bookings are final and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled experience date, please contact us to re-arrange a convenient date as soon as possible. All bookings are able to be re-arranged for an alternative and available date with a minimum of seven days notice, and on a maximum of two occasions before the booking will be classed as a no-show appointment and no refund issued. - Late arrival , no-show and rescheduled within 7 days appointments will be handled as follows: No show appointments will be cancelled and no refund will be given, late arrivals will be treated on a case by case basis and we ask to utilise the contact details in the info pack which is sent by email once your booking has been completed although late arrivals of more than one hour may be rescheduled to an alternative date if the reason is beyond your control, however we may ask for a additional fee to cover any material costs (as most material is prepared prior to arrival) and this will be quoted if we are required to reschedule. Rescheduling within 7 days will have a 25% fee applied of the total cost of the experience booking. - On very rare occasions, we may need to delay your private experience due to technical issues, illness or other reasons. If this happens we will work with you to reschedule to a convenient date , without charge. - On arrival you will be required to attend a safety brief which must be followed for the duration. You agree we may text your contact number the day before to confirm attendance.
